Six Rooms, Each Booked Separately
Ponderosa Pine Rubdown
Our therapists mix the oil themselves — pine needle, sage, and a little citrus to cut the sharpness. Book it as a firm-pressure session or ask for something gentler; either runs 50 or 80 minutes.
High Plains Facial
The ingredient list changes with what's in season locally, so no two visits are identical. Expect 45 minutes and a therapist who'll actually tell you what's on your face and why.
Steam, Soak & Rest
Start in the cedar steam room, move to a mineral soak, finish with 30 minutes of scalp and shoulder work. Most guests book this one for a slow afternoon rather than squeezing it between other plans.
Two-Chair Suite
A private room, two tables, side by side. Afterward there's a soaking tub built for two if you're not ready to head back out yet.
Hands & Feet
Standalone manicure or pedicure, or both back to back if you've got the time. Add either onto a massage booking and save a trip back.
Expecting Guests
A therapist trained specifically in prenatal positioning handles this one. Best suited to the second and third trimester — ask when you book if you're earlier than that.

Book any treatment and the whole wing opens up for the day, not just the appointment window. Guests show up an hour early half the time, just to sit with the pool before their session starts.
