Nothing here is franchised out. Our own cooks run all four rooms, from the dressed-up chophouse down to the burger counter by the pool.
The Bonanza Chophouse
Dry-aged steaks and a whiskey list pushing seventy labels deep, with a window seat that looks down onto Main Street. Dinner only, and reserve ahead on weekends.
Miner's Table
Breakfast and lunch buffet daily, omelets made to order, and a dinner spread that swaps in Thursday through Sunday.
Whitewood Creek Grill
Burgers, sandwiches, bowls — simple food, served poolside under the glass roof twelve months a year.
The Nugget Rooftop
Cocktails and small plates upstairs, with a band most Friday and Saturday nights and a clear view down onto the gaming floor entrance.
Room Service
A trimmed-down menu pulling from The Bonanza Chophouse and Miner's Table, delivered to any room until 1am.

Beef Comes From Ranches, Not a Warehouse
Our chef buys directly from a handful of regional beef and bison ranches, so The Bonanza Chophouse's menu shifts a little depending what came in that week. Miner's Table bakes its own bread every morning, and the pastry kitchen behind both rooms handles every dessert on the property.
